Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives.
2. Manage existing customers while expanding new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
3. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
4. Lead the sales process including product presentation, quotation preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
5. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and related departments to ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.
6. Manage new customer projects and new model development from RFQ stage through SOP (Start of Production).
7. Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
8. Plan and execute sales promotion activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
9. Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to improve overall performance.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the automotive industry.
• Experience in managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Strong skills in negotiation, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Good command of English for communication with international customers or partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Able to travel for customer visits or business meetings when required.
