Responsibilities
• Control and improve product quality within the production process to meet required standards
• Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
• Prepare and update quality-related documents and work standards
• Analyze quality data (e.g., defects, scrap) to improve processes
• Support quality activities such as audits, Kaizen, and QCC
Qualifications
• Male, age 25 years or above
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields)
• 1–3 years of experience in production or quality (automotive industry is a plus)
• Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., QC Tools, FMEA)
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle unexpected situations
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to drive and possess a valid driving license
