Responsibilities

• วางกลยุทธ์และขับเคลื่อนยอดขายรถยนต์ Fleet สำหรับหน่วยงานราชการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ และองค์กรภาครัฐ

• บริหารทีมขาย กำหนด KPI, Sales Target และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

• ดูแล Pipeline งานขาย พร้อมวิเคราะห์ Forecast และผลประกอบการเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ

• บริหารงานประมูลภาครัฐ วิเคราะห์ TOR และดูแลโครงการตั้งแต่เสนอราคาจนส่งมอบ

• บริหารงบประมาณ ต้นทุน และกำไร (P&L) ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายองค์กร

• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ คู่ค้า และพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ

• ประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อผลักดันโครงการและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน

• ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดและโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าและเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขัน

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย Fleet / งานขายภาครัฐ / งานประมูล อย่างน้อย 7 ปีขึ้นไป

• มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมขายหรือบริหารโครงการ

• มีความรู้ด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบ e-GP

• มีความเข้าใจด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ต้นทุน และ Profit & Loss (P&L)

• มีทักษะด้านการวางกลยุทธ์ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการบริหารทีม

• สามารถวิเคราะห์ Forecast และบริหาร Pipeline งานขายได้

• มีบุคลิกและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าองค์กรและหน่วยงานภาครัฐ

• สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดหรือปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้

• หากมีเครือข่ายหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจยานยนต์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
