Responsibilities
• สนับสนุนและดำเนินโครงการด้าน Organization Development (OD) และ HR Development
• ประสานงานและจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม สัมมนา และกิจกรรมพัฒนาพนักงาน
• สนับสนุนงานด้านระบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน KPI และ Competency
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมสร้างความผูกพันองค์กรและพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เครื่องมือ และเอกสารด้าน HRD/HROD
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในการดำเนินแผนพัฒนาองค์กร
• สนับสนุนโครงการ Onboarding, Talent Development, Succession Plan และ Career Development
• ติดตามและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม พร้อมสรุปผลลัพธ์ของการพัฒนา
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล จิตวิทยา บริหารธุรกิจ การพัฒนาองค์กร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD, HROD, Learning & Development หรือ Organization Development อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจด้าน Competency, KPI, Performance Management และระบบพัฒนาพนักงาน
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนอที่ดี
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
• สามารถบริหารจัดการงานหลายด้านพร้อมกันได้
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
