Responsibilities
1. วางแผนและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมประจำปีให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
2. ประสานงานการจัดฝึกอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
3. จัดเตรียมเอกสาร สื่อการสอน แบบประเมิน และสรุปผลการฝึกอบรม
4. ดูแลระบบ Training Record และติดตามผลการพัฒนาพนักงาน
5. สนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากร เช่น Onboarding Program, Buddy Program และกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงาน
6. ใช้เครื่องมือ AI พื้นฐานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านฝึกอบรม เช่น ช่วยร่างเอกสาร , สรุปข้อมูล , สร้างแบบประเมิน , ค้นคว้าและจัดทำเนื้อหาฝึกอบรม , สรุปองค์ความรู้และจัดการข้อมูลการเรียนรู้ ฯลฯ
7. ออกแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้เบื้องต้น เช่น Presentation, Infographic หรือ Learning Content
8. วิเคราะห์ Feedback และจัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสนอผู้บริหาร
9. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการในการพัฒนาบุคลากร
10. สนับสนุนงาน HRD อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านฝึกอบรม / HRD / Learning & Development อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ PowerPoint และ Excel
• มีความเข้าใจหรือสามารถใช้งาน AI Tools พื้นฐานในการทำงานได้ เช่น ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการออกแบบการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาพนักงาน
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Onboarding Program, Competency, IDP หรือ Career Development จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
