Responsibilities

1. ดูแลและส่งเสริมระบบความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และประเมินความเสี่ยงในการทำงาน พร้อมกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและอันตรายจากการทำงาน

3. สอบสวนอุบัติเหตุ อุบัติการณ์ และเหตุการณ์เกือบเกิดอุบัติเหตุ (Near Miss) พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและมาตรการป้องกัน

4. จัดฝึกอบรม กิจกรรมรณรงค์ และสร้างจิตสำนึกด้านความปลอดภัยให้กับพนักงาน

5. ดูแลและจัดประชุมคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัย (คปอ.) รวมถึงจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

6. ตรวจติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานและผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย

7. สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานระบบ ISO 45001, ISO 14001 และกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยขององค์กร

8. จัดทำสถิติ รายงาน และ KPI ด้านความปลอดภัยเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร

Qualifications

1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย วิศวกรรมความปลอดภัย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีคุณสมบัติเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับวิชาชีพ (จป.วิชาชีพ)

3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

4. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม

5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 45001, ISO 14001 หรือระบบบริหารจัดการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

6. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา จัดการความเสี่ยง และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

7. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนอที่ดี

8. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
