Responsibilities
- วางแผนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานด้านคลังสินค้าและการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตและแผนการส่งมอบลูกค้า
- ควบคุมการรับเข้า จัดเก็บ เบิกจ่าย และเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (Finished Goods) ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานและหลัก FIFO
- ดูแลการบริหารพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้า (Location Management) และควบคุมปริมาณสินค้าคงคลังให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสม (Min-Max)
- ควบคุมความถูกต้องของข้อมูลการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าในระบบ ERP (Oracle)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจัดส่ง เช่น Invoice, Part No., Part Name, Quantity, Tag และ Purchase Order ก่อนส่งมอบลูกค้า
- วางแผนและควบคุมการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และตรงตามกำหนดเวลา (On Time Delivery)
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายขาย วางแผนการผลิต และลูกค้า เพื่อให้การส่งมอบเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมการบริหาร Pallet และอุปกรณ์หมุนเวียนระหว่างบริษัทและลูกค้า
- ดูแลสินค้าคงคลังประเภท Non-Movement, Dead Stock และสินค้าที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NG) พร้อมดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- บริหารกำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และทรัพยากรภายในหน่วยงานให้พร้อมต่อการปฏิบัติงาน
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายและการใช้ทรัพยากรของหน่วยงานให้อยู่ภายใต้งบประมาณ
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหา ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านโลจิสติกส์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ควบคุมให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ (ISO/IATF), ความปลอดภัย, 5ส. และกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
- พัฒนาทักษะ สอนงาน และสร้างทีมงานให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า โลจิสติกส์ หรือการจัดส่งสินค้า อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมงานหรือเป็นหัวหน้างาน อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Warehouse Management, Inventory Control และ Transportation Management
- สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP เช่น Oracle, SAP หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี และสามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถวางแผน ตัดสินใจ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริหารทีมงาน
