Responsibilities
รับผิดชอบควบคุมและสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิตรถยนต์ในกระบวนการใดกระบวนการหนึ่ง ดังนี้
- งานประกอบตัวถังรถยนต์ (Body Assembly)
- งานสีรถยนต์ (Automotive Painting)
- งานติดตั้งและประกอบอุปกรณ์รถยนต์ (Trim & Final Assembly)
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนและมาตรฐาน
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่การผลิต
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นในกระบวนการ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานและป้องกันการเกิดของเสียซ้ำ
- สนับสนุนการทดลองผลิตและการเริ่มผลิตโครงการใหม่
- จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานผลการผลิต
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและลดความสูญเสีย
- ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และ 5ส.
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปวส. สาขาช่างยนต์ เทคนิคการผลิต เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
- มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์อย่างน้อยหนึ่งในสามกระบวนการข้างต้น
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือช่างและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
ผู้สมัครไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ครบทั้ง 3 กระบวนการ
