Responsibilities
- วางแผนและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมทักษะด้านช่างให้แก่พนักงานสายการผลิตและพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ พร้อมสาธิตวิธีการทำงานที่ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร เอกสาร และสื่อการฝึกอบรมด้านงานช่าง
- ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะงานช่าง เช่น งานเชื่อม งานพ่นสี งานปั๊มขึ้นรูป งานประกอบ และงานช่างที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประเมินทักษะและความสามารถของพนักงานทั้งก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม
- จัดทำและปรับปรุง Skill Matrix รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ Skill Gap ของพนักงาน
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมแบบ On-the-Job Training (OJT) และ Coaching ณ สถานีปฏิบัติงานจริง
- ติดตามผลการนำความรู้และทักษะไปใช้ในการทำงาน และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อกำหนดมาตรฐานทักษะและแผนการพัฒนาพนักงาน
- จัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรม ผลการประเมินทักษะ และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างกลโรงงาน ช่างยนต์ เทคนิคการผลิต ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานช่าง งานผลิต หรือเทคนิคในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Technical Trainer / Instructor จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้และทักษะด้านงานช่าง สามารถสาธิตและถ่ายทอดวิธีการปฏิบัติงานได้
- มีทักษะในการฝึกอบรมแบบ OJT และ Coaching
- สามารถประเมินทักษะและจัดทำ Skill Matrix ได้
- มีความรู้ด้าน 5S, Lean, TPS, TPM, Quality และ Safety จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการและหัวหน้างานได้
