Responsibilities
- จัดทำและประมวลผลเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา (OT) ค่ากะ เบี้ยขยัน และค่าตอบแทนอื่น ๆ ผ่านระบบ empeo
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการลงเวลาทำงาน การลา และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคำนวณเงินเดือน
- ดูแลและปรับปรุงข้อมูลพนักงาน รวมถึงรายการจ่ายและรายการหักในระบบ empeo
- จัดทำข้อมูลการจ่ายเงินเดือนและประสานงานการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร
- ดำเนินงานด้านภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา (ภ.ง.ด.1, ภ.ง.ด.1ก, ภ.ง.ด.91 และ 50 ทวิ)
- จัดทำและนำส่งข้อมูลประกันสังคม กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และรายการหักเงินเดือนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานและสรุปข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่ายด้านเงินเดือนและค่าตอบแทน
- ให้ข้อมูลและประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงินเดือน รวมถึงปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Payroll หรือบริหารค่าจ้างและเงินเดือนอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานด้านการประมวลผลเงินเดือนโดยใช้โปรแกรม empeo จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา ประกันสังคม และกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และสูตรคำนวณที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน Payroll ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง รักษาความลับ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์งาน Payroll ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหรือดูแลพนักงานจำนวนมาก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

รับผิดชอบงานบริหารค่าจ้างและเงินเดือน (Payroll Administration) ครอบคลุมการจัดทำและประมวลผลเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา ค่าตอบแทนและรายการหักต่าง ๆ ผ่านระบบ empeo รวมถึงงานภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา ประกันสังคม กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การจ่ายค่าจ้างและเงินเดือนถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา และเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบของบริษัท
