Responsibilities
บัญชีด้านลูกหนี้ (Accounts receivable )
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงรายการใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice), รายการขาย และการรับชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนก่อนนำเข้าระบบ
- จัดทำรายงานการรับชำระเงินค่าเช่ารายวัน
- กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารกับรายการใน Bank Statement
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax) ให้ตรงกับเอกสารใบรับรองจากลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานรายเดือนเกี่ยวกับเงินมัดจำลูกค้าและเงินค้ำประกันสัญญา
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมการนำฝากเช็ครับจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานและติดตามกรณี เช็คคืน/เช็คขาดความเชื่อถือ เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการออกใบลดหนี้ (Credit Note) เพื่อหักล้างยอดขาย หรือการคืนเงินมัดจำเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา
- ประสานงานตอบกลับจดหมายยืนยันยอดลูกหนี้ (Audit Confirmation) ให้กับผู้สอบบัญชี
Qualifications
- นักศึกษาจบใหม่ ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีพื้นฐานความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านบัญชี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) ได้คล่อง
- มีความรับผิดชอบงานได้ดี ละเอียดรอบคอบ ตรงต่อเวลา บุคคลิกดีและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
