Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับศูนย์บริการและลูกค้าเรื่องการซ่อมบำรุง นัดหมายวันรับ-ส่งคืนรถให้ตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- ติดตามงานซ่อมกับบริษัทประกันภัยและอู่ซ่อมสีและตัวถังเพื่อเร่งกระบวนการซ่อม ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานซ่อมก่อนส่งมอบ
และจัดทำรายงานสถานะรายสัปดาห์ - ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าในเรื่องการเคลมและการซ่อมบำรุง
- ช่วยเหลือทีมในการส่งมอบรถใหม่ รับคืนรถที่ครบสัญญาและดูแลความพร้อมของรถทดแทนให้มีคุณภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพรถทดแทนให้พร้อมใช้

Qualifications
เพศชาย มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง มีใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประสานงานซ่อมบำรุงรถยนต์ หรือ งานบริการหลังการขาย
สามารถประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี (ศูนย์บริการ, บริษัทประกัน, ลูกค้า)
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจสอบสภาพรถและงานเอกสาร
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เบื้องต้น
