Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the procurement of steel raw materials from the parent company or designated suppliers
- Coordinate with the sales department to determine raw material needs and prepare purchasing plans
- Monitor and track raw material delivery status to ensure timely arrivals
- Prepare purchasing-related documents and reports, such as purchase orders and stock reports
- Communicate and resolve any issues that may arise with purchasing processes or suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 0-3 years of purchasing experience; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation effectively
- Capability to resolve immediate operational issues
- Previous experience in purchasing steel raw materials is a plus.
