มีประสบการณ์ตรง 5 ปีขึ้นไปในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ (Automotive Industry) หรือธุรกิจสินเชื่อยานยนต์ (Auto Finance / Hire Purchase) ในตำแหน่งงานขาย บริหารทีมขาย บริหารโชว์รูม หรือบริหารสาขา โดยเฉพาะธุรกิจผู้แทนจำหน่ายรถยนต์ (Authorized Dealer) ธุรกิจรถยนต์มือสอง หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนาม 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ พร้อมเดินทางหมุนเวียนระหว่าง 3 สาขา

มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญในการคำนวณยอดจัดไฟแนนซ์ ดอกเบี้ย ค่างวด การพิจารณาสินเชื่อ และการประเมินราคาซื้อ–ขายรถยนต์เบื้องต้นได้อย่างถูกต้อง

มีเครือข่ายและความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับพันธมิตรในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ ธุรกิจรถยนต์มือสอง หรือสถาบันการเงิน เพื่อสนับสนุนและผลักดันยอดขาย

มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมขาย วางแผนกลยุทธ์ และผลักดันทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

มีประวัติการทำงานที่โปร่งใส และยินยอมให้ตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรรม รวมถึงการตรวจสอบข้อมูลอ้างอิง (Reference Check)
