Logistic Specialist - Mitr Phol Sugar Corporation., Ltd.

• Transportation Planning: Plan domestic and international shipments and track cross-border delivery status. 
• Risk Management: Manage risks and resolve issues to ensure deadlines are met. 
• Import-Export Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of import-export processes and related documents, including Invoices, Packing lists, PHYTO, Form FTA, and Customs Entries. 
• Container Management (FCL/LCL): Plan the pickup and return of containers for both domestic and international ports, including arranging CFS deliveries to align with closing times. 
• Breakbulk Planning: Plan cargo delivery to port warehouses in accordance with the stowage plan and warehouse free time. 
• Flatbed & Cross-border: Plan cross-border shipments to neighboring countries (Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar) and transit shipments to Singapore and Laos, adhering to each country's regulations. 
• Domestic Distribution: Plan full-load and small-lot deliveries nationwide, including multi-drop and consolidated (Console) shipping at competitive costs. 
• Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Planning, Warehouse, transport companies, and shipping agents to resolve issues and improve delivery efficiency. 
• Customer Relations: Coordinate with customers to track Import Permits, C3, and SST before shipment. 
• Cost & Budget Control: Negotiate rates with suppliers and carriers to keep operation costs within the specified budget. 
• Process Improvement: Optimize transportation systems to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis related to warehousing and international shipping. 
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Logistics/Transport/Warehouse Management Systems (LTS/TMS/WMS) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC score of 550+). 
• Personal Skills: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks systematically and maintain work flexibility.
