• ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ วิเคราะห์คุณภาพ และประกันคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการด้านคุณภาพ เพื่อลดความสูญเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• ตรวจสอบและทบทวนรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์ รวมถึงรายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ควบคุมและพัฒนาระบบมาตรฐาน ISO รวมถึงระบบมาตรฐานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• วางแผนและดำเนินการ Internal Audit และ Management Review ให้สอดคล้องตามระบบคุณภาพ
• ติดตามข้อกำหนด กฎหมาย และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมวางแผนปรับปรุงระบบให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• ควบคุมและติดตามงานด้านคุณภาพ รวมถึงงบประมาณ และงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

The Mitr Phol Sugar Group has been distinguished as one of the largest manufacturer and the most progressive producers and exporters of sugar in Thailand for over 60 years. At present, we export our sugar especially in the region of Asia, EU and Middle East. With particularly strength in R&D and availability of raw materials, therefore we currently expand in related fast growing Ethanol, Biomass Power and Particle Board business. The group has been successfully operating five sugar mills in China (Funan, Chongzou, Tuolu, Ningming, and Haitang) for more than 13 years and newly start up the paper mill with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year in Chongzou. In 2006, our group received a concession on more lands for sugarcane cultivation and sugar mill construction from The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Cambodia.
