Responsibilities
พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน: ดูแลพื้นที่ทั้งภาคเหนือ
ช่วงเวลาปฏิบัติงาน: จันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา: 08:30 – 17:30 น. (เวลาทำงานอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงตามนัดหมายของคู่ค้าและงานภาคสนาม)
ค่าตอบแทน: ไม่ต่ำกว่า 40,000 บาทต่อเดือน
ความรับผิดชอบ:
วางแผนและขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรม Field Activation กับคู่ค้าในภูมิภาคที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยบริหารและประสานงานกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจภาคสนาม วางแผนเส้นทางการดำเนินงาน การฝึกอบรมทีมงานของพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจภาคสนาม และกำกับดูแลคุณภาพการดำเนินงานในพื้นที่ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและแนวทางที่กำหนด ดูแลและประสานงานกับทีมงานของพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจภาคสนามมากกว่า 20 คน เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมในแต่ละพื้นที่ให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ถูกต้อง และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ โดยมุ่งเน้นการทำงานในระดับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและการบริหารจัดการเชิงปฏิบัติการ
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้าน B2B Trade Activation กับคู่ค้าในภูมิภาค รวมถึงการบริหารทีมงานของพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจภาคสนาม
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถเดินทางและทำงานในเวลาที่ยืดหยุ่นได้
- สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้คล่อง (หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
