Responsibilities
- Act as the communication bridge between Chinese employees and Thai HR/production supervisors.
- Translate and interpret HR announcements, policies, work instructions, and daily operational updates (Thai ⇄ Chinese).
- Handle HR documentation for Chinese employees, including expense claims, record updates, and general Chinese HR admin tasks.
- Support onboarding and orientation to help Chinese employees understand workplace rules and adapt smoothly.
- Coordinate with production and HR teams to clarify procedures and support employee-related issues.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and personnel records.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Chinese Language, or a related field.
- Strong Chinese–Thai interpretation skills (English is a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage—but not required for strong fresh grads.
- Able to work in a production environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at managing multiple tasks.
