Responsibilities
- To manage manpower and build plan in production line meet in target plan.
- Control discipline, hours keeping of operator under policy of company.
- Manage about job description to meet KPI target.
Qualifications
- Industry management
- Special knowledge : Supervision and control of production activities , Safety and Emergency procedure.
- Problem solving and continuous improvement identify and resolve production related issues.
- Foreign language / Computer skill : Well English language (Reading & Writing)
- Bachelor degree in any related field
