Responsibilities
- Drive process development and improvement aligned with the company’s Industry 4.0 roadmap, including automation, IoT integration, and data-driven enhancements.
- Lead new project initiatives—defining requirements, planning the roadmap, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress and smooth implementation.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to monitor project status, perform validations, and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting to support on-time delivery.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for IoT, automation, and digital transformation within production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 1–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (automation experience is a plus).
- Skills in machine design, programming, IoT devices, or related technologies are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and solid problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
