Responsibilities
- Design mechanical components for automation projects to reduce operating costs and enhance product, process, and quality.
- Manage and execute automation projects within established timelines.
- Develop and improve manual fixtures into automated machine systems.
- Coordinate with vendors on technical requirements for project-related needs.
- Design and set up tools for robot systems.
- Program, simulate, and teach robot paths.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, / mechanical / mechatronic or related fields / 25-35 year old
2. Experience: Experience 3-5+ years in Robotic, Automation machine/system, Machine learning
3. Highlighted skills/knowledge:
- Experience in HDD manufacturing
- Experience in mechanical/tooling/fixture design
- Good command of English. Computer program skills. Competence in Design software which include: Solid Work, AutoCAD
- Knowledge and skill in Automation and Robotic will be preferred.
- Knowledge GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis, Pneumatic and automation hardware.
