Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks and support managerial directives.
- Review and verify ECP/Cleaning data inspection sheets and evaluation requests.
- Lead ECP parameter setup and prepare compensation sheets for NPI products.
- Oversee Wet Process and ECP process controls including improvement activities and GNG issue resolution.
- Manage machine qualification for new setups or modifications.
- Lead troubleshooting of mechanical and chemical process issues.
- Drive yield enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, Kaizen, 7S, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Support ISO audits and related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years engineering experience. (HDD field preferred)
- Strong knowledge in machining/chemical processes.
- Able to operate PC programs. (Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PLC)
- Understanding of 7QC tools, SPC, Calibration, GR&R, MSA, TQM, IE, FMEA, DOE, correlation & regression.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
