Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing positions such as engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview arrangements with relevant departments.
- Prepare employment offers and support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely manpower fulfillment according to hiring plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in recruiting engineering or technical positions is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
