Responsibilities
- Control quality for Injection Molding and Stamping processes across IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC
- Inspect and approve first articles (First Article / T0-T1 samples) after mold or die installation or modification
- Analyze data using SPC, Cpk, and MSA, and prepare quality reports
- Solve quality problems (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and manage NCRs
- Molding: Short shot, Flash, Sink mark, Weld line, Warpage, Burn mark, Color deviation
- Stamping: Burr, Crack, Wrinkle, Spring back, Dimensional deviation, Scratches
- Work with Tooling/Process teams to adjust machine parameters and correct molds/dies
- Handle customer complaints, respond with reports within the required timeframe, and coordinate with raw material suppliers (plastic resin / steel sheet / coil)
- Prepare PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP/FAI, and maintain the [ISO 9001 / IATF 16949] system
- Manage measuring instrument calibration and Gauge R&R
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Polymer/Materials Engineering, or a related field Experience: Familiar with PCBA assembly.

- Knowledge of QC 7 Tools, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and ISO 9001
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, Projector)
- English speaking is a plus.
- Willing to work and station in Thailand.
