Responsibilities
- Plan and control production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor production capacity and coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Review material availability and coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient materials for production.
- Track production progress and adjust plans to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Logistics teams to support production planning and on-time delivery.
- Analyze production data and prepare planning reports for management.
- Supervise and guide the planning team to achieve departmental targets.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / SMT / Assembly line.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Production Control / Capacity Planning.
