Responsibilities
-ควบคุม ดูแล และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิต PCBA เช่น Solder Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI
-วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในไลน์การผลิต (Troubleshooting)
-ปรับตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร (Machine setup & parameter adjustment) ให้เหมาะสมกับงาน
-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
-บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเบื้องต้น (Preventive Maintenance)
-จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต
Qualifications
-วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / เมคคาทรอนิกส์ / ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ด้าน PCBA หรือสาย SMT อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ที่มีฝึกงานตรงสาย)
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร SMT เช่น Printer, Pick & Place, AOI
-สามารถอ่าน Drawing / Circuit Diagram ได้
-มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
-สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำ OT ได้
-มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
-หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้เครื่อง Yamaha, Fuji, Panasonic หรือ ASM พิจารณาพิเศษ
