Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและดูแลเครื่องจักร CNC เช่น CNC Milling, CNC Turning
- ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร (Machine Setup) และเตรียมเครื่องมือให้พร้อมก่อนการผลิต
- อ่านแบบ (Drawing) และตั้งโปรแกรม CNC ตามงานที่ได้รับ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานตามมาตรฐาน (Quality Control)
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรหรือชิ้นงาน (Troubleshooting)
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเบื้องต้น (Preventive Maintenance)
- บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต และรายงานผลการทำงาน
Qualifications
-วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาเครื่องกล / อุตสาหการ / เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CNC อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ที่มีพื้นฐาน)
-สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม (Engineering Drawing) ได้
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ G-code / M-code
-ใช้เครื่องมือวัด เช่น Vernier, Micrometer ได้
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบ
-สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำ OT ได้
-สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงาน / อุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
