Responsibilities
Position: HRBP Manager to Senior Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Job purpose: To act as a strategic HR partner to PCBA Operations, while leading HR Mobility (expatriate and cross-border workforce management) to support business expansion, operational excellence, and effective integration of Chinese and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
• Partner closely with PCBA Operations leadership (NPI, Production, Engineering, Quality)
• Align HR strategies with business goals, especially for ramp-up and transformation
• Provide insights on headcount, cost, productivity, and workforce risks

2. HR Mobility (NEW – Key Scope)
• Lead end-to-end mobility process for expatriates (especially Chinese staff), including:
o BOI application coordination
o Non-B Visa and Work Permit process
o Onboarding, relocation, and offboarding
• Act as the main HR interface between BIT, Corporate HR, and expatriates
• Ensure compliance with immigration, labor law, and company policies
• Manage mobility-related cost, contracts, and benefits (allowance, housing, etc.)
• Drive smooth integration of expatriates into local operations and culture

3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Lead hiring strategy for engineers, technicians, and critical roles
• Ensure timely manpower ramp-up to support PCBA production plans
• Work closely with TA team and external channels

4. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
• Bridge communication between Chinese expatriates and local employees
• Drive engagement and retention initiatives

5. Performance & Talent Management
• Drive performance management processes and calibration
• Build succession pipeline and identify key talent
• Support leadership capability development

6. Change Management & Transformation
• Lead HR initiatives for expansion, restructuring, and transformation
• Facilitate cultural integration and change adoption
• Promote proactive and agile mindset

7. HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Partner with C&B on manpower cost control (IDL/DL)
• Support audits, BOI requirements, and reporting

Qualifications
Job Specification (JS)
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience
• 8–15 years in HR, with strong HRBP experience in manufacturing / EMS / PCBA
• Hands-on experience in HR Mobility / expatriate management (visa, BOI, WP) will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting fast ramp-up environment is a strong advantage
Language
• Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) (required)
• English is an advantage
