Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
- Post job advertisements and source candidates
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Prepare employment documents and recruitment reports
- Support employer branding and recruitment activities
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and onboarding activities
- Prepare training schedules, records, and materials
- Maintain training database and training matrix
- Evaluate training effectiveness and summarize reports
- Support training needs analysis and annual training plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or HR functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using recruitment platforms/job boards is preferred
- Good command of English is an advantage
