Responsibilities
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and onboarding activities
- Prepare training schedules, records, and materials
- Maintain training database and training matrix
- Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Coordinate with external trainers and relevant stakeholders.
- Submission Trainign recorde to goverment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or HR functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using recruitment platforms/job boards is preferred
- Good command of English is an advantage
