Responsibilities
• ดูแลและซ่อมบำรุงระบบ Automation และเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติในสายการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร (Troubleshooting) เพื่อลด Downtime
• ติดตั้ง ปรับตั้งค่า และทดสอบอุปกรณ์ Automation เช่น Sensor, Servo Motor, Inverter, PLC
• สนับสนุนงานปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต (Process Improvement)
• ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนงาน
• อ่านและวิเคราะห์ Wiring Diagram / Electrical Drawing
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต วิศวกรรม และทีมซ่อมบำรุง
• จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุง
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า / เมคคาทรอนิกส์ / Automation / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Automation หรือ Maintenance ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้าน PLC เช่น Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens หรือ Keyence
- สามารถอ่าน Electrical Drawing และ Wiring Diagram ได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำ OT ได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / SMT / PCBA *พิจารณาพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน Robot Automation หรือ Vision System / สามารถใช้ HMI หรือระบบ SCADA ได้ *พิจารณาพิเศษ
