Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve machining processes to ensure product quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze machine downtime, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize production interruptions and improve machine performance.
• Support machine installation, setup, qualification, and validation for new equipment and production lines.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and guidance to technicians and operators.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects related to productivity, yield, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing performance.
• For Senior Engineer level, lead process improvement initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• Engineer: 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Machining, or Equipment Engineering.
• Senior Engineer: 5+ years of relevant experience with proven track record in process improvement and project leadership.
• Experience in machining processes, machine troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of PLC, automation systems, machine control, CNC machines, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Experience in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
• Leadership and coaching experience will be an advantage for Senior Engineer level.
• Able to work at Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya.
