Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to ensure machine readiness, equipment reliability, and production continuity for NPI and Mass Production.
- Plan, coordinate, and expedite machine buy-off activities to ensure successful qualification and on-time delivery according to project schedules.
- Develop detailed machine setup, conversion, preventive maintenance (PM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) plans to maximize equipment performance and availability.
- Analyze machine performance using engineering and statistical tools including GR&R, Correlation Analysis, Minitab, Process Capability to drive data-based improvements.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives including Kaizen, Productivity Improvement, Yield Improvement, Cost Reduction, and OEE Improvement projects.
- Ensure adequate spare parts planning, inventory control, and maintenance resource allocation to minimize production interruptions.
- Prepare engineering reports, project updates, technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and standard work instructions.

Experience
- At least 5–8 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Automation, or Machine Development.
