Responsibilities
1.Supervise and control daily machine operations and production processes.
2.Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3.Assign and supervise operators to ensure production targets are achieved.
4.Monitor machine conditions and coordinate with the Maintenance Team when problems occur.
5.Ensure production processes comply with safety, quality, and company standards.
6.Analyze machine and production issues and implement corrective actions.
7.Prepare daily production and machine operation reports.
8.Train and develop team members on machine operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production, or a related field.
2.Experience in production or machine operation, preferably in a supervisory role.
3.Good knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
4.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work in shifts (if applicable).
