1.Build roadmaps, set strategic goals, and prioritize high-value processes for automation.
2.Lead automation engineers or specialists, manage project timelines, and control budgets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical
10+ years of experience in production automation or software.
Developed with 2+ years in leadership or project management.
Developed with 2+ years in leadership or project management.
Familiarity with languages like Python, Java, or SQL, and a strong understanding of AI integration and database management.
