Responsibilities
Job Description
- Update internal and external documents to the center file.
- Update internal and external drawing/product specification/Bill of material to the center file.
- Type new document issues or revise as requested.
- Update the Master list and assign document numbers, including the distribution area.
- Coordinate with requester for review and ensure document issue.
- Alert concerned persons of any expiring documents.
- File and retain all quality management system documents and ensure they remain legible and readily identifiable.
- Ensure the changes and current revision status of documents are identified.
- Upload/download document information to WDSS and share folder to share with concerned users.
- Provide and support training on the company quality policy and document control system to new employees.
- Support during the ISO internal and annual audits.
- Monitor quality records.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in QA function or related
- Highlighted skills/knowledge:
- Knowledge of ISO standards/requirements
- Good English communication skills and computer skills
