Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs, both classroom and practical, per the schedule provided by the superior.
- Conduct learning assessments to certify new employees and to re-certify them per the certification period.
- Provide or update training materials, training kits and learning assessments so that they achieve the learning objectives.
- Update results, maintain records and report.
- Conduct operation audits and report the results.
- Participate in driving the achievement of performance improvement and development projects.
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมทั้งภาคทฤษฎีในห้องเรียนและภาคปฏิบัติ ตามตารางที่ผู้บังคับบัญชากำหนด
- ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้เพื่อรับรองพนักงานใหม่ และประเมินเพื่อรับรองซ้ำตามรอบระยะเวลาการรับรอง
- จัดทำหรือปรับปรุงเอกสารการฝึกอบรม ชุดฝึกอบรม และแบบประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้
- อัปเดตผลการฝึกอบรม จัดเก็บบันทึก และจัดทำรายงาน
- ตรวจประเมินการปฏิบัติงาน (Operation Audit) และรายงานผล
- มีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและโครงการพัฒนา
Qualifications
- Education: High Vocational Certificate, or a B.A. in Engineering Education or an Engineering field (a plus).
- Experience: Experience in training or a technical function is a plus.
- Skills and knowledge: Communication skills, problem-solving, coaching and mentoring skills, learning skills.
