Responsibilities
- ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านต่างๆ แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ
- แนะนำข้อมูลของร้านค้าต่างๆที่ลูกค้าให้ความสนใจ
- ตอบข้อซักถามและรายละเอียดให้แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ
- ดูแล จัดทำ แนะนำสิทธิประโยชน์ บัตรสมาชิกของโครงการ
- ช่วยประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารต่างๆของศูนย์การค้าให้ร้านค้า และลูกค้าได้รับทราบ
- รับแจ้งเหตุต่างๆและประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงตอบกลับลูกค้าเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จหรือแจ้งความคืบหน้า
Qualifications
- อายุ 20 - 35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1-5 ปี ในสายงาน
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักในงานด้านบริการ
- สามารถปฎิบัติงานในวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ได้
- สามารถปฎิบัติงานตามเวลา เปิด - ปิด ของศูนย์การค้าได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ศูนย์การค้า เดอะคริสตัลเอกมัย รามอินทราได้
