Responsibilities
- ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านต่างๆ แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ
- ตอบข้อซักถามและแนะนำรายละเอียดให้แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ เช่น ข้อมูลของร้านค้าต่างๆที่ลูกค้าให้ความสนใจ
- รับสมัครบัตรสมาชิกของโครงการ รวมถึงแนะนำสิทธิประโยชน์ และการใช้บัตรสมาชิกให้กับลูกค้าได้
- Update รายละเอียดและการเคลื่อนไหวต่างๆภายในศูนย์การค้า
- นำเสนอและแจ้งข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆที่ได้รับจากลูกค้าให้กับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับทราบ
- จัดทำและสรุปผลการรายงานตามระยะเวลาที่ได้กำหนดไว้
Qualifications
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี รักงานบริการ และมีบุคลิกภาพดี
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และระบบพื้นฐานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการลูกค้าหรืองานในศูนย์การค้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์หรือวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ได้
