Responsibilities
1.งานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้า,ประปา,แก๊ส และเครื่องปรับอากาศ , งานสถาปัตยกรรม , งานไม้
- ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่อยู่ในโครงการว่าใช้งานได้ปกติ
- ตรวจเช็คเครื่องจักรประจำวันตามแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนด
- ดำเนินการตรวจสภาพความสมบูรณ์ของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดขึ้น
- หากพบสิ่งผิดปกติ ให้ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมทันที และแจ้งให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาได้รับทราบ
- ปฏิบัติงานตามใบแจ้งงานที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
2. ควบคุมการทำงานของ Supplier (กรณีที่มีการซ่อมบำรุงจาก Supplier)
- ควบคุมการเข้ามาทำงานของ Supplier อย่างใกล้ชิด
- ตรวจสอบสภาพของอุปกรณ์ภายหลังจากที่มีการซ่อมแซมเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
- - ดำเนินการแจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อประเมินผล Supplier ที่เข้ามาให้บริการ
3.งานบริการและงานส่วนกลาง
- รับงานแจ้งซ่อมเพื่อเข้าดำเนินการแก้ไข ทั้งในส่วนร้านค้า และงานส่วนกลาง
- รับใบแจ้งงานการเข้าพื้นที่ของ Event , Promotion เพื่อจัดเตรียมและติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าและส่วนต่างๆ
- ให้คำแนะนำกับลูกค้า ร้านค้า ในการแก้ไขปัญหา ด้วยความสุภาพ อ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดอายุ
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไปในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ช่างเทคนิคอาคาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- การศึกษา ปวช. หรือ ปวส. ขึ้นไปในสาขาวิชาช่าง
