Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist premium customers in a professional showroom environment
  • Provide product consultation on bathroom sanitary ware and built-in furniture, including presenting design concepts
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products aligned with their lifestyle
  • Deliver in-depth product presentations, including materials, functions, technologies, and brand differentiators
  • Close sales and manage related documentation such as quotations and sales orders
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors
  • Maintain showroom visual standards to reflect a luxury brand image
  • Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships (CRM)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in showroom, luxury sales, or premium home furnishing products
  • Well-groomed, professional personality with a strong service mindset
  • Strong presentation skills and consultative selling ability
  • Knowledge in Interior Design, materials, sanitary ware, or kitchen systems is an advantage
  • Good command of English is preferred
