Responsibilities
1. จัดทำข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบัญชีลูกหนี้
1.1 รายการตั้งลูกหนี้
1.2 รายการคืนเงินประกัน
1.3 วางบิลลูกค้า
1.4 รายการปรับปรุงต่างๆ เช่น รายการค้างรับ รายได้ล่วงหน้าและรายการอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
1.5 Balance Reconcile
1.6 ติดตามรายการคงค้างต่างๆ
1.7 รายงานรายได้ เช่น ธุรกิจค้าปลีก (Retail), ธุรกิจตัวแทนจำหน่าย Dropship
1.8 รายงานยอดลูกหนี้คงเหลือ
2. จัดทำตรวจสอบแบบแสดงรายการทางภาษีอากรต่างๆ
2.1 รายการภาษีขาย
2.2 รายการ E-tax
2.3 รายการภาษีถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
3. จัดเก็บเอกสารต่างๆ ครบถ้วน สามารถค้นหาได้
4. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ 5 - 8 ปีในสายงานบัญชี
มีความรู้ด้าน บัญชี, การเงิน, คอมพิวเตอร์ ,เทคนิคด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง
มีความรู้ด้าน Management การวางแผนงานและการจัดการ
มีความรู้ด้าน Functional ความรู้ความสามารถและทักษะในเนื้องาน
มีทักษะในการวางแผน แก้ไขปัญหา และประสานงานได้ดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
