Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Employer Branding
• Design and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company values
• Create compelling content for career platforms and social media to attract top talent
• Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies
• Manage and optimize recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Assist in organizing recruitment events such as career fairs and campus activities
• Develop content that reflects company culture, values, and employee experience
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding activities and recommend improvements
• Track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Basic understanding of Employer Branding is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of English is a plus
