Responsibilities
- ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านต่างๆ แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ
- แนะนำข้อมูลของร้านค้าต่างๆที่ลูกค้าให้ความสนใจ
- ตอบข้อซักถามและรายละเอียดให้แก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ
- ดูแล จัดทำ แนะนำสิทธิประโยชน์ บัตรสมาชิกของโครงการ
- ช่วยประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารต่างๆของศูนย์การค้าให้ร้านค้า และลูกค้าได้รับทราบ
- รับแจ้งเหตุต่างๆและประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงตอบกลับลูกค้าเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จหรือแจ้งความคืบหน้า
- ประจำศูนย์การค้า แอมพาร์ค จุฬา , เดอะคริสตัลเอกมัยรามอินทรา
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Receptionist / Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี รักงานบริการ
ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ (Word, Excel, Outlook)
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
