Responsibilities
- End to End Project Management - ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา Project สำหรับ Community malls (ก.ม., Budget, Construction, etc.) และนำเสนอผู้บริหารเพื่ออนุมัติ
- จัดทำ / รวบรวมข้อมูลสนับสนุน Project ในส่วนต่างๆ เช่น TOR, BOQ, Drawings, Criteria หรือ Technical Requirements ต่างๆ
- บริหารจัดการส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ Project แล้วเสร็จตามแผนที่นำเสนอ ตั้งแต่ Study, Pre-Cons, Construction, Post-Cons.
- Lead - การประสานงาน Third Party ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เพื่อให้ Project แล้วเสร็จตามแผนที่เสนอ เช่น Internal Teams, Consultant, Contactor, Vendor.
- ติดตามความคืบหน้า Project และรายงานความก้าวหน้าของงาน รวมถึงปัญหาต่างๆที่อาจเกิดขึ้น และแนวทางแก้ไข
- ควบคุมแผน Master Schedule และงบประมาณ Project Budget และตรวจสอบการเปลี่ยนแปลงงาน Variation Orders
- จัดเก็บและบริหารเอกสารโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้างและต้นทุน
Qualifications
- ป.ตรี – โท ขึ้นไป สาขา Civil Engineer
- มีประสบการณ์ ทำ Project Develop (from approval to construction)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Commercial Retail หรือ Mixed-use จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- การทำงานเชิงรุก และกล้านำเสนอแนวความคิด
- มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- คิดนอกกรอบ
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- Critical Path & Logical Thinking.
- AutoCAD, Sketchup.
- MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Presentation to Top Management.
