Responsibilities

Crystal Home is expanding into luxury kitchens and growing our premium bathroom business. We’re seeking a Client Technical Services to oversee the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales site assessments to post-installation inspections. This role requires close coordination with sales teams, contractors, and clients to ensure every kitchen and bathroom project meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical site visits and advise on installation feasibility
  • Manage installation timelines, quality, and contractor coordination
  • Supervise installations and handle client handovers
  • Provide post-installation service and warranty support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project or installation management (kitchen/bathroom/interior)
  • Knowledge of MEP and cabinetry systems
  • Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills
  • Thai language proficiency; English communication preferred
