Responsibilities
1. บริหารและควบคุมงานติดตั้ง
- วางแผนและจัดตารางการติดตั้งให้สอดคล้องกับกำหนดการส่งมอบโครงการ
- ควบคุมการติดตั้งงานครัว ตู้เสื้อผ้า ห้องน้ำ และเฟอร์นิเจอร์บิวท์อินให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของพื้นที่ก่อนเข้าติดตั้ง
- ประเมินและบริหารความเสี่ยงที่อาจส่งผลต่อกำหนดส่งมอบงาน
2. บริหารทีมช่างติดตั้ง
- มอบหมายงานและบริหารทีมช่างติดตั้ง รวมถึงผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีม
- ให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาทักษะด้านงานติดตั้งและงานบริการลูกค้า
- สร้างมาตรฐานการติดตั้งที่สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ระดับลักชัวรี
3. ควบคุมคุณภาพงาน (Quality Control)
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้ง รายละเอียดงานเก็บ และความเรียบร้อยก่อนส่งมอบ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และฮาร์ดแวร์ที่ติดตั้ง
- จัดทำ Punch List และติดตามการแก้ไข Defect จนแล้วเสร็จ
- รับผิดชอบ Final Inspection ก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
4. ดูแลลูกค้าและประสานงานโครงการ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย นักออกแบบ ผู้จัดการโครงการ และลูกค้า
- เข้าร่วมประชุมหน้างานตามความจำเป็น
- ให้ข้อมูลความคืบหน้าและจัดการข้อร้องเรียนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานติดตั้ง
- สร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับลูกค้าในช่วงส่งมอบงาน
5. ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- ควบคุมให้ทีมงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- ตรวจสอบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ก่อนใช้งาน
- รายงานและจัดการเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย
Qualifications
- ปวส.หรือปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ ก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านงานติดตั้งและตกแต่งภายใน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ ห้องครัว Built-in ตู้เสื้อผ้า หรือเฟอร์นิเจอร์บิลท์อิน
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมช่างหรือควบคุมงานติดตั้งอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลโครงการบ้านพักอาศัยระดับกลางถึงระดับลักชูจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านงานติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ งานระบบน้ำ งานครัว และงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์บิลท์อินจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถอ่านแบบก่อสร้างและแบบ Shop Drawing ได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการบริหารทีม
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและการตัดสินใจ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการบริการลูกค้าในระดับดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และระบบรายงานงานผ่าน Mobile Application ได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
