คุณจะได้รับผิดชอบอะไร🛍 Shop & Merchandise Operations
- บริหารสินค้าและสต๊อก รวมถึงประสานงานกับโรงงานผู้ผลิต
- ดูแลระบบ Shopify, Instagram Shop และ TikTok Shop
- บริหารคำสั่งซื้อ การจัดส่งสินค้า และการบริการลูกค้าทั่วโลก
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย วางแผนสต๊อก และจัดทำรายงานด้านยอดขายและ Inventory
- ประสานงานกับทีม Operation และ Accounting ในด้านสัญญาและการเรียกเก็บเงิน
- ขยายช่องทางการจำหน่ายทั้ง Online และ Offline ในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ
- สร้างและดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับร้านค้า พาร์ทเนอร์ และ Marketplace
- สนับสนุนการเจรจาข้อตกลงทางธุรกิจ และติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของคู่ค้า
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขายของแต่ละช่องทางและพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
- สร้างความร่วมมือกับแบรนด์ ศิลปิน KOL และ Influencer
- วางแผนและบริหารแคมเปญการตลาดสำหรับ Merchandise และภาพยนตร์
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Creative และ Producing เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์แบรนด์ที่แข็งแรง
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี ด้าน Project Management, Business Development, E-commerce หรือ Retail
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกัน และทำงานในองค์กรที่เติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Press, KOL, Influencer หรือ Brand Partnership จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความคิดเชิงธุรกิจ (Commercial Mindset) พร้อมลงมือปฏิบัติจริง
