- ตรวจสอบการเข้าทำงานของผู้รับเหมา ติดตามความคืบหน้า เพื่อให้ร้านค้าเปิดได้ทันกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการวางเงินประกันตกแต่งและกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย รวมทั้งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนเข้าตกแต่ง
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมร้านค้าผู้เช่าให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของทางศูนย์การค้า
- ติดตามการเคลมประกันภัยของผู้เช่า เพื่อให้เกิดความพอใจและรวดเร็ว
- ออกจดหมายแจ้งร้านค้าในเรื่องต่างๆ
- Update รายชื่อร้านค้าเข้า – ออก กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้รับทราบ

- อายุ 22 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและรับมือกับสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถติดตามงานจนสำเร็จ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Tenant Relations / Customer Service / Customer Relations / Property Management / Retail จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
