Responsibilities
· Partner closely with the Warehouse General Manager, Operations Managers, and Department Heads to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
· Provide strategic HR consultation and practical solutions to support warehouse operations, productivity, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.
· Act as a trusted HR advisor to management on organizational and people-related matters.
· Analyze workforce trends, organizational issues, and HR metrics to identify opportunities for business improvement.
· Support organizational changes, workforce restructuring, and other people-related initiatives in line with business requirements.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning· Develop and manage manpower planning based on warehouse capacity, operational requirements, business growth, and workforce demand.
· Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely recruitment and workforce readiness for both operational and management positions.
· Monitor headcount, vacancies, turnover, workforce availability, and staffing gaps to maintain operational continuity.
· Work closely with operations leaders to identify short-term and long-term workforce requirements.

Support workforce optimization initiatives to
improve manpower effectiveness and productivity.
· Lead employee relations activities across warehouse operations and maintain a positive working environment.
· Provide professional guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, attendance issues, and employee relations cases.
· Ensure HR practices comply with Thai Labor Law, company policies, and internal regulations.
· Manage employee relations cases with appropriate documentation, consistency, confidentiality, and fairness.
· Identify potential employee relations and labor risks and recommend preventive actions.
· Build effective communication between management and employees to maintain healthy labor relations and employee trust.
4. Performance & Talent Management· Drive the Performance Management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, performance improvement, talent assessment, and succession planning.
· Partner with managers to address performance gaps and establish appropriate performance improvement actions.
· Provide guidance to line managers on leadership effectiveness, people management, employee development, and performance management.
· Facilitate talent reviews and identify high-potential employees and critical positions.
· Support succession planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
· Strengthen management capability through ongoing HR consultation and coaching.
5. Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience, retention, and organizational culture.
· Monitor employee feedback and engagement trends and recommend appropriate improvement actions.
· Lead HR communication and change management activities across warehouse operations.
· Partner with warehouse leadership to strengthen organizational values, teamwork, and employee communication.

Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
(DE&I) and employee well-being initiatives.
· Monitor, analyze, and report key workforce and HR metrics, including:
o Headcount
o Turnover Rate
o Absenteeism
o Vacancy Rate
o Workforce Productivity
o Employee Engagement
· Identify workforce trends, root causes, and potential people risks using HR data and business insights.
· Develop and recommend action plans to improve employee retention, attendance, workforce stability, and organizational effectiveness.
· Provide regular HR dashboards and workforce insights to warehouse leadership.
· Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
· Continuously improve HR processes to increase efficiency and enhance employee and manager experience.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
· Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with solid experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting Warehouse, Distribution Center, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other large-scale operational environments.
· Experience partnering directly with senior operational leaders and line managers.
· Strong experience in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
· Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law and practical experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases.
· Experience managing a sizable operational workforce, including frontline and management employees, is highly preferred.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into practical business actions.
· Strong stakeholder management, influencing, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
