Beauty Advisor - Counter Brand (Makeup, Fragrance & Skincare) - Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited

• Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations for makeup, fragrance, and skincare products to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets through excellent customer service and product promotion.
• Maintain an immaculate and well-organized counter display, ensuring all products are properly stocked and presented.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments responsibly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including loyalty program engagement and follow-up communications.
• Stay current with product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns to communicate updates effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth counter operations and support colleagues during peak trading periods.
• Gather customer feedback and report on product performance and customer preferences to management.

• Open to all genders, age 25-35 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor (BA), in retail sales, or in customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of Makeup, Fragrance, and Skincare products.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including evenings and weekends, in alignment with mall operating times.
• Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software.
• Makeup skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
